Booking Policy
All guests are required to have a credit or debit card on file to book reservations. Online, phone and text reservation requests all welcomed!
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand of our service providers, we require a 24 hour notification when canceling or rescheduling your reservation. Reservations 3 hours or longer, we require a 48 hour notice. Due to the increased volume of no show/last minute cancellation appointments, we require a credit card on file to hold your future reservation. The card on file will be charged 100% of the value of the booked services, in the event that the proper amount of notice is not given for a reschedule or cancellation.
Children
We love children! For their safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children visit the salon only when they have an appointment.
Additional Guests
Our studio welcomes you! Please enjoy your services without any additional guests due to limited space.
Late Policy
Our scheduling is designed to provide adequate time to complete your services. Late arrivals will be accommodated or rescheduled at the discretion of your service provider.
Exchange/Refund
We believe in the quality of the products we carry. If you are not satisfied with any retail product, please return it to the salon within two weeks of the purchase date for exchange toward any retail product. Refund may given to any unopened, unused product within 2 weeks of purchase.
